La Marzocco Strada
Over the course of two years La Marzocco worked with thirty of the world’s finest coffee professionals to design a machine. This group was known as the “Street Team”; the Strada, Italian for street, was named in their honor.

A lower profile invites customer engagement in a café setting, while also providing the barista an open, expansive work area. The Strada platform has been designed to encourage creativity and customization so that each machine can be unique.
Features
Advanced Electronics
The Strada features individual boilers, proportional lever-style activated steam wand, programmable preinfusion and multiple PID controls to adjust steam and brewing temperatures.
Adjustable Drip Tray
The Strada has a drip tray that can be raised or lowered based depending on the size of cup needed to enhance productivity.
Included Accessories
The Strada comes with a Standard European 58mm convex La Marzocco tamper and a 12 oz steaming pitcher.
Upgrade to ABR
The Strada ABR lets baristas brew by volume, mass, or brew ratio to suit their workflow. In Mass mode baristas program a preferred weight in the finished cup and the machine stops automatically, removing the need to place an additional scale on top of the drip tray. Auto-Brew Ratio works by programming in a given ratio and letting the machine dispense the appropriate water to reach the given ratio.

This model comes with a Break-away double spouted portafilter with standard rubber handle, Purocaf Cleaning Solution, a Cleaning Basket, a tamper, and 7 gram, 14 gram, 17 gram, and 21 gram brew baskets. User Manual included.
